  • Remote Support

    RGB have a remote IT service desk where we structure contracts as a standalone IT service or in conjunction with hardware support. Clients need peace of mind when they deploy public use displays or kiosks. It is important to make sure they are working effectively so reputation is upheld. We provide a two hour response for business critical systems – our team remotes onto machines and diagnoses the issues, having you back up and running in no time.
